Service Description
We will spend a total of about 45 minutes together - full of healing but with more energizing results. Our session will begin with a check-in to discuss what you hope to gain and any concerns/blockages/issues you’d like to heal. We will then walk through a brief guided meditation and visualization to help you fully relax your body so that it can more easily absorb the Reiki energy. I then gently cleanse your energy field (releasing anything that is not serving your highest good), and move into the intuitive energy healing itself while you take time to enjoy some quiet relaxation. After, we will chat about anything that may have come up and I will give you my guidance/pointers on how best to support yourself going forward. You will receive a confirmation email after booking with detailed information about your session - be sure to check your spam/junk folder! Sign up for a free site member account to view/make changes to any booked appointments, and please be sure to fill out my Client Information Form after booking if you have not already. Cancellation Policy
We ask that you be mindful of the practitioner's time and reschedule or cancel at least 24-hours before your appointment. Any appointment missed or not changed within the specified timeframe is subject to a fee of 50% of the service price. If you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule without penalty!
